The International Conference on Multidisciplinary Computer Science, Electrical, Business & Literature (ICMCEL 2025) will be held from September 27–29, 2025, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This distinguished three-day event aims to convene leading scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world to foster cross-disciplinary dialogue and catalyze innovative research. Reflecting the convergence of traditionally distinct domains, ICMCEL 2025 will feature curated thematic tracks that showcase frontier research, novel frameworks, and impactful applications across Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, and Literary Studies. We invite the submission of original, high-quality empirical and review papers for rigorous peer review and presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings. Join us in Dhaka to contribute to the advancement of interdisciplinary scholarship and shape the next generation of collaborative research.
All submissions to ICMCEL 2025 will undergo a fast-track rolling double-blind peer review process. All accepted, and presented papers (including physical, online, long, short, workshop papers) will be included in the official ICMCEL 2025 conference proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore digital library , subject to meeting IEEE’s scope, quality standards, and final approval. Papers published in IEEE Xplore are commonly indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and other major academic databases.
In addition, all accepted papers will also be included in the Open Access archive by Axionis Press (technical sponsor of ICMCEL 2025) at no additional cost to registered authors. This ensures that future researchers can access the papers free of charge, increasing the visibility, accessibility, and citation potential of ICMCEL 2025 authors' work.
All papers accepted to the ICMCEL 2025 proceedings will undergo a fast-track publication process to ensure timely dissemination, typically within one month post-conference on Axionis Press. Timelines for IEEE Xplore may vary based on their approval and publication policies.
: The top 5 technical papers will receive full funding (USD 1,000 each, totaling USD 5,000) and full technical support for extension and publication in the Scopus-indexed IEEE Access (Q1 Journal).
: Six (6) outstanding papers (one from each of the 5 tracks, and one overall) will be recognized with Best Paper Awards, along with certificates, honorable mentions, and financial awards.
: Limited number of authors from accepted papers (randomly selected) will receive travel and accommodation allowances.
: Student authors will receive a 30-35% registration discount. Limited travel grants are also available specifically for student authors.
: All manuscripts will undergo a fast-track, rolling, double-blind peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and Axionis Press upon culmination of the conference.
: All papers in the ICMCEL 2025 proceedings will be archived as Open Access (without any additional charges) by Axionis Press, to broaden visibility and impact.
