ICMCEL 2025 (International Conference on Multidisciplinary Computer Science, Electrical, Business & Literature) is an international conference held biannually in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This year, the conference will be held from September 27 - 29, 2025. All submissions to ICMCEL 2025 will undergo a fast-track, rolling, double-blind peer review process. All accepted and presented papers, including physical, online, long, short, and workshop papers, will be included in the official ICMCEL 2025 conference proceedings. ICMCEL 2025 is technically sponsored by Axionis Press. All accepted papers will be published Open Access (OA) by Axionis Press at no additional cost to registered authors and will be indexed by Google Scholar and other indexing platforms. This ensures that future researchers can access the papers free of charge, increasing the visibility, accessibility, and citation potential of ICMCEL 2025 preceeding. The proceedings are intended to be submitted for potential inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE's final approval and sponsorship. All papers accepted into the ICMCEL 2025 proceedings will undergo a fast-track publication process to ensure timely dissemination, typically within 1 to 2 months post-conference on Axionis Press.
