The International Conference on Multidisciplinary Computer Science, Electrical, Business & Literature (ICMCEL 2025) ("Conference," "We," "Us") has a clear and transparent refund policy for all participants, including authors, presenters, and attendees ("You"). This policy outlines the terms under which registration fees and other payments are handled. By registering for ICMCEL 2025, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Registration Fees
All registration fees for ICMCEL 2025 are non-refundable, regardless of:
- The outcome of paper submissions, reviews, or publication status.
- Changes in conference format (e.g., in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
- Modifications to the conference schedule, venue, or program.
- Your inability to attend or participate due to personal, professional, or other reasons.
- External factors, such as travel restrictions, visa issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations).
Registration fees cover administrative costs, access to conference activities, and other organizational expenses, and do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as paper publication, indexing, or awards.
Exceptions
No exceptions to the non-refundable policy will be made unless explicitly stated in writing by the Conference Organizing Committee. Any such exceptions, if granted, will be at the sole discretion of the Conference and subject to specific conditions. In such exceptional cases, if granted at the sole discretion of the Conference Organizing Committee, refunds will be processed through the SSLCommerz Payment Gateway within 7 to 10 working days, subject to a 15% deduction for processing and transaction fees.
Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in payment processing (e.g., duplicate charges), contact us within 10 days of the transaction at contact@icmcel.org. Provide detailed information, including transaction receipts and proof of payment. We will review and resolve such issues promptly, but this does not constitute a refund unless explicitly approved.
Conference Modifications or Cancellation
In the event of conference cancellation or significant modifications (e.g., change to virtual format or postponement) due to unforeseen circumstances, the Conference reserves the right to adjust participation terms. However, registration fees remain non-refundable, as they support fixed organizational costs.
